Trip to Ubuntu - Part 1

Ubuntu… One year ago I never heard about that. Now I face it everyday. It has been two weeks I moved to Ubuntu. Ubuntu is an African word. It’s not my new office or home anyway. Ubuntu is my primary Operating System (OS) now. 
This is basically my first screen shot of current Ubuntu desktop in my PC.

As the matter of fact, this blog engine has been tested on my PC i386 running Ubuntu and on my Apple Powerbook G3 (PPC) running Ubuntu as well. Everything is completely configured in Ubuntu environment.
The performance is lightning. I feel that opening many applications will not deteriorate my PC’s performance. The Look n Feel is amazing. As you can see from the screenshot, it mimics Mac OSX interface (although not really perfect).
I will give my next review on the 2nd trip :icon_lol:
