Proton originated from Malaysia is finally here. Probably many of us haven’t heard a lot about this newcomer. It is trying to beat other small and mid-size car players. From what I’ve seen from its website, their line-ups look promising. Proton Savvy looks cool although I haven’t got any chance yet to drive it. I should wait til my friend Richard got it. He just sold his servant today. We hope we can do bit of test drive someday. The price is okay in its class. Can it beat Jazz ? I couldn’t predict any… only time has the answer.

I just did test drive this savvy model acouple weeks ago with my lovely friend meita during our short lunch time (it cost us an empty stomach all day long, until i decided to buy rp20rb for ampm hotdog). back to savvy, the dealer called and offer me for test drive after i sent an email ask about this car. after made appointment, first round i sat on passanger front seat. first impression was quite below my expectation, the interior more likely as timor or vios (taxi version). engine?…it has good performance, and for auto trans, while it change to higher gear you can feel alittle “hentakan”. for exterior…mmmm goodlah….so for rp.107mio..its worthed car…i guest
