I just have a Symbian powered mobile device. I am utilizing my Nokia N70 a lot, as I use all features it can offer starting from checking my email, messenger/chat, uploading photo from its built-in camera. It fulfills all my basic communication needs except one missing feature, Push Email.
As most of the smartphone, we have to use special software to enable Push Email feature. Thankfully, emoze provides free Push Email service for most Symbian, J2ME and PocketPC line-ups. I use gmail a lot — previously I have to check it regularly using special Gmail client software made by the Google team itself. Emoze can deliver all new messages to my Inbox almost in real-time (yupe, not really real-time but with few minutes delay depends on the network connectivity). And you can reply it back directly from your Messaging application without the need of other email client software in your mobile.
The installation is straightforward, just point your mobile browser to m.emoze.com. The data traffic is fairly small. I tried to run it all night long and it only consumed less than 20Kb (on average few emails an hour). So far, it is good alternative to BlackBerry service. By the way I just migrated to XL Personal Mega Data Plan now. Yeah it is 250MB quota, not unlimited data anymore

Aww..nice article sir, curently im using Nokia N70 as well, please share how to activate the emzone so i can retrieve my mail withaout have to connect and reconnect again, so far i still use XL GPRS to check my mail and have the imap protocol to my mail server. Thanks dude ;o)
