Paypal to your local bank

Few days ago I tried to withdraw some money from my Paypal account to my local bank (Indonesian Bank) BCA. It stated if you withdraw less than Rp 1.5 mill they would charge you Rp 16,000. That’s fine. I have only less than USD 100 to be withdrawn. I tested this service using only this amount. [...]
